Hafeet Rail is a major cross-border rail infrastructure project designed to strengthen freight connectivity between Oman and the wider Gulf region. As part of this program, dedicated freight facilities are being developed to support secure, reliable, and efficient logistics operations within a critical national infrastructure environment.

For this project, Blue Secure Services provides comprehensive security services for two freight facilities located in Oman. Our scope covers the coordinated consideration of physical security, cybersecurity, and operational security requirements, addressing the specific risks and regulatory expectations associated with freight rail operations.

Our work focuses on establishing an integrated security framework tailored to complex logistics environments. This includes supporting threat and risk assessments, defining security requirements, aligning physical and cyber measures, and ensuring that security considerations are embedded into facility design, operational processes, and interfaces with rail systems. Through this holistic approach, we support resilient, compliant, and secure freight operations across critical infrastructure assets.
